A tangy-sweet twist on our classic loaf. Fresh lemon zest is rubbed into sugar to sweeten the dough and release its bright citrus oils, then dried blueberries are folded throughout for little bursts of fruity sweetness. Naturally leavened and slow-fermented with unbleached bread flour for a soft, tangy crumb and golden crust. Perfect toasted, buttered, or eaten warm right from the bag.
