Because our sourdough and baked goods are perishable and made to order, all sales are final and we can't accept returns.

Cancellations

Cancel at least 48 hours before your bake day for a full refund. Prepaid orders cancelled less than 48 hours before bake day can't be refunded, since your bread is already in production.

Missed pickups

Life happens! If you miss your pickup window, message us and we'll find another time. We never toss your bread.
